I went for my bloodwork, and the lady that did my bloodwork doesn’t know how to find pulse/nerve, she put the needle 3 to 4 times on same place on my hand and it hurt me very badly and this is what happened to my hand after going home and seeing it. I would not suggest this Quest location for bloodwork 😏

Came here twice. Once as walk-in and the other time with an appointment. As walk-in, only had to wait for 20 mins. For appointment, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Had Barbara both times, she was efficient. She drew my blood so quickly and painless, unlike other blood draws I had before since my vein is really thin.

Na Kea was SUPER rude. Her entire demeanor from start to finish was condescending. She started asking for my daughter's name and DOB and then caught herself and then gave her name because I guess she forgot to be welcoming. Then she asked our address and after I gave it to her, she asked me to spell it. Who does this? I thought it was odd since she was only verifying it on the screen. The place was crowded, there were walk-ins who waited hours. The place was understaffed and staff were stressed. The waiting room could use to be modernized. It should be advertised broadly that walk-ins must wait and may not even get their blood drawn in the workday . When I got there, walk-ins were already waiting hours. Staff only goes by appointments that come up on their computer. Healthcare for profit is hurting Americans.
