The place was crowded, there were walk-ins who waited hours. The place was understaffed and staff were stressed. The waiting room could use to be modernized. It should be advertised broadly that walk-ins must wait and may not even get their blood drawn in the workday . When I got there, walk-ins were already waiting hours. Staff only goes by appointments that come up on their computer. Healthcare for profit is hurting Americans.
