I've been using this Quest location for the majority of my bloodwork and testing. I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes and the staff are always extremely well trained and professional phlebotomists.

Wouldn't recommend scheduling an appointment close to closing. I scheduled an appointment at 2pm and was told I wouldn't be seen because the facility closes at 330pm. Despite there only being two scheduled appointments ahead of me, I waited over an hour for the incompetent staff to tell me she wasn't seeing patients beyond 230pm. I wish I could set arbitrary stop times during normal business hours.

You should have a better system, then to have to submit your insurance information every single time that you get your blood drawn. I can understand once a year, but not every visit. I was just there last monday and had to have more blood work done a few days later and had to produce my insurance again. This is not beneficial or time management for a patient or staff.

Very poor experience, doctor claimed orders were sent 3 times calling and 1 time calling main Quest office. They saw orders but they could not find. Hour and a half later still could not get them. Very bad experience.
