I arrived with complex, confusing orders from my doctor -- asking for tests that didn't align with anything in your system. My phlebotomist (I think her name was Julia -- a very kind blonde woman with a beautiful array of tattoos on her right arm) was patient, kind, funny, and devoted. It took 24 hours, two appointments, and multiple calls to my doctor and his nurse to sort things out, and my Quest hero never gave up. Appointment was easy to make and plenty of appointment options available. I didn't like the kiosk for check in but that was because the insurance companies no longer issue a paper/plastic card, just a wallet app and that didn't scan, it took so long that I "missed my appointment" but their employee accommodated me due to kiosk issues. The facilities are clean, plenty of parking and our tech was outstanding.
No front desk receptionist, only iPad to self check in. Lab tech was NOT friendly and no bedside manner. Staff looked miserable. Quick in and out appt but for anything else, I would not recommend.
The staff was extremely friendly and super efficient.
This place is terrible, the longest waits possible and no customer service whatsoever.
