I’ve used this place three times already and never had any issues. Super fast—done in about 10 minutes, and results come the same day. Everything is covered by insurance, and the staff is clean, polite, and professional. Ordering online is simple, and check-in is quick and easy.
This place is such a joke. Someone in the area should definitely open another testing center because this is like one of the only ones and they're availability is very whack. Only really takes apts but told me to just walk in. Walked in and they say they are only taking apts. Whack as hell I wish I never had to come to this testing facility ever again because the last time I came the reason I was even cringing I had to come back here the lady was so unprofessional and rude and really didn't even know what she was doing . Rude staff. Makes up excuses to not take your drug test. Hours for drug screening that you get when you call are different from the hours they tell you in person. Gonna be going here for the third time tomorrow for a drug screen. Bullshit service
The employees working there are amazing. I wish there was a different check in method though.
The cost are 3 times cheaper from Quest then they are for the same test at the hospital. I always go to Quest diagnostics for all my blood test. They are a very clean clinic and I’m always treated with respect. I’m very lucky to have a Quest facility in my area.
