Can’t give zero stars. No customer service. Can’t believe they are in business.
The woman who assisted me today was unprofessional and rude. After giving me unclear instructions on how to complete the prompts, she responded rudely from across the room when I attempted to move forward. Instead of offering helpful clarification, she acted annoyed that I needed assistance even though the prompts were vague and could have applied to several different scenarios. Everything takes place using a machine. No one helps you. The wait time is forever. I hate this place with a passion now.
I've been using this Quest location for the majority of my bloodwork and testing. I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes and the staff are always extremely well trained and professional phlebotomists.
Wouldn't recommend scheduling an appointment close to closing. I scheduled an appointment at 2pm and was told I wouldn't be seen because the facility closes at 330pm. Despite there only being two scheduled appointments ahead of me, I waited over an hour for the incompetent staff to tell me she wasn't seeing patients beyond 230pm. I wish I could set arbitrary stop times during normal business hours.
