I went to Quest Diagnostics located at 16217 SW 88th St. Melissa, was the person who took care of me. She was wonderful. I am not easy to find my veins. She took her time, prepared me, and got the vein right the first time, that hadn't happened to me in a very long time. Despite being young, Melissa has a lot of knowledge of her work, and it's clear she does it with pleasure. She told me that she is a floater in Quest Diagnostics. Thanks a lot Melissa.

My appt Was fine My issue is that you cannot communicate with a human before the appointment. Your system does not allow for cancelations Very robotic. Even in your center, staff is unable to answer much. This is not a criticism of the staff in the center merely a suggestion in dealing with patients, & being able for patients to answer a question that your automated, robotic system does not offer.
