Obviously a busy location at times, best to book an appointment, walk-ins may work out at times but often not. Today I got service exactly at my scheduled appointment and I felt I was treated professionally. Yesterday I tried walk in and no chance.
The staff was very helpful and congenial. Portia in particular.
I've always had a great experience at this location. The techs are always kind and experienced. I see complaints about walk-in wait times or lack of appointments but using the website to book appointments is the way to go. It's a busy location, yes, so pre-planning in necessary. Porche was my most recent lab tech and she was wonderful!
This location has excellent Service and Great Technians.
The ladies here are hard workers and always a pleasure to work with. Yes it's a wait sometimes but they are all doing the best they can. Its not a straight forward job.
