Technical difficulties are a thing of the modern world. I accept that. What I don't accept is that it took over 15 minutes before seeing a person to tell us that the computer were down and they couldn't serve us without ALL paperwork. Then, when I make an appointment over the weekend, the system is still down while all other Quests are up and running. I am sorry if I'm wrong, but this feels like the techs at this location just don't want to work, and it has little or nothing to do with the computers.
Horrible customer service. Made appt through MD Live for health screening (blood work). Got there and they had my appointment but they didn't have an order for the blood work - but somehow it was MY error and MY issue to resolve. Tech was too busy checking other things didn't even look at me as I searched for the email confirming the appt. Made no offer to try to fix it so I didn't have to come back another day. Well, I'll help them out - I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Appointments are the best way to go! My phlebotomist was amazing! From the time I entered until I was back in my car, it only took 15 minutes! And we chatted too! Great experience.
