Quick and Polite. Blood was drawn with hardly any pain. She did a excellent job.
Quick, kind, and professional service. The staff made the process easy and comfortable, and I was in and out in no time.
Arrived at 3pm to my son’s 3:20pm appointment. Walked in to a women announcing that they are under staff and is not accepting walk-ins, luckily he had a scheduled appointment. I selected on the kiosk in the lobby to wait in the car with my four kids because the lobby was full. Waited for almost two hours in the car with no call and no text, even after confirming my number on the kiosk was right. Obviously a busy location at times, best to book an appointment, walk-ins may work out at times but often not. Today I got service exactly at my scheduled appointment and I felt I was treated professionally. Yesterday I tried walk in and no chance.
