They won't take walk ins even though it says they do. Sat around for hour and half and there were several opportunities to take some walk ins but they didn't my first day visiting. So I made the apt for the next day. When I got there, the phlebotomist asked me to read or intrepet my work order. Like how am I supposed to know? That's not my occupation to read those! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! I had my blood drawn this morning (3 tubes total) by a lady named Elizabeth (i see previous complaint of her "African lady with blonde hair) so this is by no means an isolated case. She called me 3 hours later and told me Quest can't process the lab order because two of the samples collected were hemolyzed. Hemolysis happened on two of the 3 samples or not all of them, which means there's nothing wrong with my blood. Run from this place. This place is horrible. The people who work here are horrible horrible horrible. I have never been so disgusted in all my life. If you need blood work. Please I encourage to go somewhere else. This place is a poster child with what’s wrong with the medical world This place needs to be shut down by the state. I highly encourage you to go somewhere else.
