Staff greeted us and I signed in as a walk in We arrived at our neighborhood location at 7:30am. I was called back Phlebotomist Tech was very friendly, attentive yet professional. I told her she was good when drawing blood sample. She thanked me . I had to tell her and I had a good day.

Jordan was extremely THE BEST!!! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and her attitude is especially Great!
My doctor didn’t send over the lab paperwork over, so when it can time for my appointment, the phlebotomist told me that Quest hadn’t received it. Rather than making me schedule an entire new appointment or walk-in, she allowed me to contact my doctor and get the paperwork sent over while she saw other patients and then she squeezed me in in a timely manner.
