The staff is usually very rude which is why I requested Labcor. My physician told me that Labcor does not accept my insurance which is why I returned to Quest. This time, the staff was tolerable, however, my experience with the nurse who drew the blood is the reason for my review. She inserted the needle to draw the blood and I almost didn’t realize the needle was in. Upon completion, the nurse said “oh wait a minute, I forgot something...we have to do it again”. Terrible place the girl that took my blood was not friendly and rude, and I don't remember if she opened a new syringe until after I left and then i became worried that she used a dirty needle on me. I could only hope I don't get infected with something, and my arm is all black and blue.
the worst place in the whole planet!!!! I went there two times with my 14 months old doughter and they lost the blood results and the doctor's order. the stuff is unproffesional and very unpleasant; I will never go back there again.
Took off work early for the appt, drove like a bat out hell to be on time, & why? The woman on the counter had to many other duties besides keeping appts. I am use to quest being prompt. Next time I will find a different facility than the Quest in Jupiter.
Quest Diagnostics is the worst place ever to get blood work done. The fat lady at the front desk is rude as hell, she should be fired immediately. The place is so ghetto. These people need to learn the proper techniques of customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never go back there.
