Do NOT come to this Quest location. I scheduled an 8:40 a.m. appointment thinking it would be quick and efficient. When I arrived and checked in, the screen showed they were still seeing 8:00 a.m. patients. I ended up waiting over an hour. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. When I went to sign my name, my signature disappeared from the screen — instead of asking me to re-sign, the staff member scribbled something on the pad and acted like that was my signature. I get labs at Quest several times a year. I made an appointment for a morning appointment @ the Julio Dr. Shrewsbury location. I arrived a few minutes before my 9:40 appointment. I checked in via the text reminder I received and my message was "great you are all checked in - have a seat and wait to be called." The waiting area was standing room only. Absolutely the rudest phlebotomist I’ve ever met! Had an order to get my labs drawn by my primary care and the technician refused to even look at my paperwork because it wasn’t in her computer system. Before I could pull the orders up on my phone she began loudly telling me she cannot take my blood. When I asked if there was another testing center nearby she continued raising her voice saying “I DON’T KNOW MAAM BUT WE CANNOT SERVE YOU”. Deplorable behavior by a medical “professional”. The waiting room also smelled like weed
