Incredibly unhygienic. They told me to sit in the chair for my blood draw and I noticed a cotton pad with blood on it just sitting on the floor infront of the chair. I told the woman and she just picked it up and went to do my blood draw without even changing her gloves after handling the floor blood. Then, once I sat down, she put down the arm rest and told me to put my arm on it. There was blood on the arm rest too! Disgusting, unsanitary and very dangerous. Scheduling my appointment online was easy and convenient. Likewise, the same may be said about the check-in process when I arrived for my appointment. The technician (or perhaps nurse) was informative and a pleasure to work with. I'll be scheduling all my tests going forward at this location.
