Person who performed the blood draw was extremely rude. He slammed down the arm of the chair on my Mom's arm and didn't apologize. Was very rude and condescending when checking her in and looking for the orders. After he finished with her, he yelled that he was done for the day. Not a pleasant experience. Was an older gentleman.
The phlebotomy technician I encountered was dismissive and lacked basic customer service etiquette. The blood draw was unusually painful, something I’ve never experienced before. He appeared careless in how he handled the needle, particularly in the angle and technique used during the draw. The experience was concerning enough that I called my mother immediately afterward to advise her not to visit that Quest location. After this experience, I have a greater appreciation for the quality of care provided at Tricore.
Old man, Phil very rude can’t multi task, didn’t want to do anything more than he had too, left and went to golf course location for drug screens, I know people need a job but maybe chose a different field of work
Perfect timing and nice people. It is cool and easy to check in with the tablet computer. Thanks for that.
