The older man that took my blood el my arm he poked my arm so hard like he jabbed it in like a knife very blunt man. Workers in the medical field now a days have no bedside manners anymore their so rude and judgemental. 🤬
My daughter needed a very important blood work completed this morning. We went to the RR location yesterday but since the appt was at 1130am, it was explained to us that the employee could complete the other labs, but that this specific lab needed to be drawn by 11am. I went in to have some emergency bloodwork done. The phlebotomist first couldn't find the order. Then couldn't understand the order. Then couldn't fulfill the order. After leaving the site he then called me to tell me that he could do all the tests but they were closing soon so make an appointment for in the morning. Then when I returned in the morning I was told that they couldn't complete all the tests. Ridiculous!!
Quest labs for diagnostic testing has been my go-to for many years.
The office is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. Note that it is in the Optum Office which has a much more obvious sign. The mobile check-in actually works so no need to use the kiosk when you arrive. The technician was professional and very quick. I will use this location again when needed.
