The experience for what was done during the appointment wasn't bad but they never gave me my driver's license yesterday back I didn't realize until I need to use it again today came back to retrieve it and now they can't find it they told me to ask security. Now I have to sit and wait for the person who did my appointment to come back from lunch and they don't know when they left.
Check in online was easy, the person who took my blood was pleasant and professional. Wait time was nil.
Your experience here will depend entirely on the staff. You can see the review for the "old man" Phil are all bad, and they are accurate. My provider routinely puts in my orders in a way that is incorrect with dates (which I realize is a problem in itself) and every other tech there will work with it, except Phil. The inconsistency is the worst. If there is a single thing outside of what he wants to do then it's not possible. I heard a while back he was retiring but I guess that's not the case.
The techs here are awesome, find the vein the first time everytime, which has been rare for me! Very personable, professional and kind!
