The technician who drew my son's blood was the second time she has drawn his blood. She is/was extremely patient and professional. It should be noted for her customer service and she should be recognized.

Your computer system needs a serious upgrade or something. I was called in for my appointment on time. But, the computer system was struggling to say the least. My appointment was at 10:10 am. I didn't get drawn and able to leave until almost 11 am. Upon exiting the entire waiting room was full because the staff wasn't able to continue with patients until the computers decided to process information.
I scheduled my appointment through the automated system, which incorrectly registered my name. As a result, I couldn’t be properly checked in, and when I told Nurse Jill I had a 9:10 appointment and needed to use the restroom, she failed to notify anyone I was there. I ended up waiting over an hour, unnoticed, even as the waiting room cleared twice. Jill saw me sitting there but took no action, which is completely unprofessional imo.
