Once a year I have to get my blood drawn and I love this location. I make an appointment on the Quest site. They send me reminders and tell me everything I need to know ahead of time. At this location the process to check-in is so easy and simple. There isn’t a long wait before they call you. I was so impressed with the ease of making an appointment online. I received a text the morning of my appointment to respond back when I arrived at the office. I was called back within 3 minutes. Sue was very friendly, she made me feel at ease and comfortable. She is very skilled at her job. I was there for a blood draw. I hardly felt a thing, she was fast and efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend Quest Diagnostics on Hammes Ave, Joliet.
Professional, friendly & fadt
I had an appointment scheduled, but apparently their computer system hasn't been working *FOR FIVE DAYS* and they did not find it important to notify people of this or that they needed paper copies of all orders. With my appointment and ability to look it up in my email, they sent me away and I was not able to get my scheduled labs done. The customer service was poor and they noted that they don't want to or have to notify customers that their systems haven't been working for nearly a week.
