Horrible service. Endless call loops and no way to reach human. Calls disconnect and these are awful healthcare services.

John is awesome. John is awesome, both his phlebotomy and lab skills, and as a person. Corporate billing is horrible, incorrect and neccessary for Empire Insurabce Plan Management level to intervene. Also, the phone tree system needs a lot of improvement.
