Todd was both personable and extremely skilled. He is exemplary. This is lab work at it's best from start to finish.
Todd, the phlebotomist, is phenomenal. He's quick, efficient, thorough, and very good with the needle. Quest itself, however, is ridiculous. Bloodwork takes FOREVER to come back. For 40+ years, I've had bloodwork results in 26 hours MAX- usually much less. This is my first visit to Quest and it will be the last.
Excellent experience. Very professional.
Scheduling was easy, called in at appointment time, tech was friendly but professional
I visit the Johnston location so Todd can draw my blood. He is excellent at what he does, professional and always has nice conversation with us.
