I am from out of town and had to visit this location on Johns Creek Road. I have been very sick and needed to send in my samples when I arrived. Jaeona H. greeted me immediately and was so helpful even though I didn’t have an appointment until later in the day. She was able to help me do what I needed to do and explained everything so well. I have some unusual labs to get done and Chastity and Vern (really the whole office) were super thorough in making sure they get done right, which I so appreciate because I have to be off medication for several days to be able to do them. I also get my blood drawn quite often, and Chastity may be the best phlebotomist I've been to!
We had to punch the login screen really hard for it to enter my selection.
The tech was extremely kind and personable. I felt no pain with her needle stick. A+ for technique and customer service. I did schedule my appointment online , so the checkin process was quick and easy through text. My wait time was likely 5 mins.
