I was seen immediately upon arrival. The phlebotomist was very efficient and professional.
I haven’t had any problems in the past but this visit was upsetting. The appointment clearly said “fasting not needed” but the person at the check in asked me and was so rude to me with her tone saying that I was “supposed” to be fasting. Anyway I went in to give the blood sample and the girl seemed to dislike me. I had just heard her talking to my husband all jovial . Also, I didn’t feel appreciated. In fact I felt really bad . My lab tech was amazing! So kind, friendly and efficient. I was in and out in no time. And she was gentle with my blood draw. Thank you
My visit was fantastic!! The tech was friendly and professional and I enjoyed the conversations that we had. Although it was a short and timely process, I enjoyed the visit.
