Nothing against this office but Quest is everything that is wrong with medicine! They have a monopoly so you have to use them and they charge your insurance whatever they want. You can’t call and talk to humans, they don’t even have reception at the offices. Then to get lab results you have to set up an online account, using a terrible web site, then you have to scan a QR code, get a verification on your phone, then you have to to take a photo of your ID, then SCAN YOUR FACE, then their computer decides if it’s really you. Needing a blood test for Liver Issue Purposes. I was finally able to get the Order from my Doctor (they said they sent it twice, Quest said they did not have it). For the past 2 months I’ve been pinned down with severe Double Sciatica and am therefore somewhat immobile. I forced myself to go to this Quest location, closest to my house. I arrived there at 4:12. I am what is referred to as “a difficult stick”. After being stuck 3 times at my doctor’s office, the lab sent me to Quest. This is the 2nd time. The next time I will just request to go to Quest. Not only was I treated with the utmost professionalism, I was also treated with extreme kindness and sensitivity. My thanks to the staff at Quest Diagnostics, Johns Creek, for making my visit there more comfortable for an uncomfortable situation.
