Jaeona & Chasity were both delightful- Great Customer Service. Great smiles, very respectful of my mothers age( 86 years old) I could tell they both were very knowledgeable and very skilled. They picked the right needle size to accommodate my mother's veins. The skill level and different techniques they used saved my mother from having a lot of pain, was greatly appreciated. I made an appointment and they still took a walk in that came after me. We were both here for the same thing. Disappointed.
Ease of service. No long waiting. I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Staff was friendly and kind.
Easy to schedule & check in. Phlebotomist was on time, professional & efficient.
Making an appointment online was super fast and easy and to check in was very fast as well. They called me back on time and I was in and out. Jaeona was amazing, my veins are usually awful and difficult ( I mean I'm usually poked 3-4 times by people) but she got it the first try and I didn't even feel it go in.
