Friendly skilled staff
Rude and Unprofessional staff. They do not respect the patient waiting.
Chastidy was very friendly and helpful when I showed up for fasting labs and we found that the order was never submitted by the provider. She instructed me on how to reach out to the provider and what to ask for. With her help I received the orders and the labs were drawn. With her help I avoided a return trip.
Jaeona & Chasity were both delightful- Great Customer Service. Great smiles, very respectful of my mothers age( 86 years old) I could tell they both were very knowledgeable and very skilled. They picked the right needle size to accommodate my mother's veins. The skill level and different techniques they used saved my mother from having a lot of pain, was greatly appreciated. I made an appointment and they still took a walk in that came after me. We were both here for the same thing. Disappointed.
