I went to Quest Diagnostics to get my routine blood work for Diabetes. I did a walk in at 12:45pm. When I arrived their where only 7 people in the waiting room. Several of them said that they'd been waiting for 1:45 minutes to 2:00 hours to be called back to get their lab work done. I didn't get called back until they lock the door at 3:00pm. I went today to do my biometric screening , so bad that my company selected them for that , my appointment was at 1:30, I arrived 12:15 hopefully I can get in earlier, till 2 pm I was there & they didn’t call my name yet, ended up to leave & go online to schedule another appointment. Only 1 lady is there working & doing everything alone, sure service is so slow as others mentioned in their feedbacks. Someone’s appointment was at 12:30 & they called her name at 1:30. Very slow service. Staff did a lot of talking to patients. Four people walked out. Hour and a half wait time. Staff constantly talking about personal issues while patients are waiting.
