My experience with Ms. Rosemary was phenomenal. I have always had trouble getting blood taken since I was younger, and she was very kind throughout the entire process. Her engagement kept me from passing out. After getting the bloodwork taken, she made sure I sat for a bit with some water before I left. She made my bloodwork experience very calm and comfortable. She is an excellent phlebotomist and I would recommend her to anyone needing blood testing.
Hours say 6:30-3:30, doors were locked at 12:20 and never opened back up. I waited with my son for 20 mins before giving up. The phone number listed was automated, so you can't even call and ask someone.
I had a great experience with Ebony during my blood draw today morning. I have small veins, which usually makes the process difficult, but she was incredibly skilled and got it done smoothly with minimal discomfort. Highly recommend her!
