I made an appointment ahead of time for blood work my normal doctor won't do as often as my nutritionist would like so we scheduled at Quest. I am terrible with getting blood drawn as I get anxiety and have small veins to begin with and Raynaud's syndrome to boot so circulation for these tiny veins can make the process difficult. Easy, convenient, fast.
After waiting an hour and a half from my appointment time finally was seen, and he was super rude and unprofessional!!! He's clearly very unhappy in his own life and takes it out on everyone who walks through those doors.
This is my third time coming here for a drug screen. They advertise walk-ins but never honor them when you show up. It’s never anyway waiting in the waiting area and they send people away. It’s a inconvenience and they should not advertise walk-in’s. Staff are very rude about it as well.
Appointment was right on time. Check-in through the text was simple. My blood draw was fast and painless
