The office is very organized. I seen quickly and my tech was skilled and friendly.
Now I know no one cares. But I made an appointment for 10am today and I missed it because of an Autoimmune Flare up. Left and got there for 11:30am, because they close at 12. Went in and checked in through the tablet and took a seat. Worker came out with a Patient and asked me my name then said we are not taking anymore walk ins. So to me that sounded like she was mad because I didn’t show for my appointment, which I get but it felt more personal then anything. Again I was there at 11:30am. Quick, polite, on time, easy sticks.
I always have a good experience at Quest and this visit was no different. I got there earlier than my scheduled appointment and was taken back earlier. My phlebotomist, was very professional and friendly and being a very hard stick, she got me on the first try! She allowed me to wait in the waiting room until my ride arrived and that is when I also witnessed her and another phlebotomist, the only two working there, get bombarded by walk-ins coming in and them explaining they are understaffed and not accepting walk-ins at tha... read more
