Bought a UTI test online. The girl not only told me it would be sent to be cultured and it WAS NOT, but she also did not provide me with the wipes to clean before the catch of urine. The girl before this did my bloodwork so roughly I had a black and blue mark on my arm for 5 days.
I really like Quest Diagnostic. You can make appointments and check in online, also check your results within twenty four hours.
The Nurse at the Irwin Quest was outstanding from the minute she called me back until it was time for me to go. She was helpful and kind and friendly and considerate. She made it a really great experience.
Just to be clear, I would’ve given zero stars on this rating, but you have to at least give one to make a comment. I have issues with multiple locations, but this negative review is directed specifically at the Irwin PA location. I walked in the other day as a walk-in and registered as a walk-in and sat in the first waiting room for an hour and 10 minutes only to have a very rude technician.
