I always have a decent experience there. The technicians are polite and efficient, the facility is clean. Other than times when they have been short staffed, the wait time is short.

Tech was very patient and kind . . . not to mention great at drawing blood. I barely felt the stick.
I had an appointment at this location 12/19/24. Received an email confirmation 12/18/24. Show up for my appointment only to find the door locked and a sign the office was closed for the day. No notification no anything. Go elsewhere if you can. Terrible customer service!
There's a lot of bad reviews here and I was kind of iffy about going, but I had the easiest experience. Arrived 2 mins before appt time, checked in with the express check-in at the kiosk was seen shortly after & technician was kind, quick and on it! in & out in under 20 minutes.
