The lady staff who was by herself didn’t acknowledge that patient had come in and chatted away for about good 10 min w a non-staff who was there. Was not friendly but that’s nowhere as important as she was the worst phlebotomist ever, had a bruise of at least 3 in in diameter that lasted for more than two weeks. Was not at all courteous when inserting the needle and yanked it so hard taking it out, I nearly screamed in pain.
