Very quick and easy to get my blood drawn here
I went to the Quest location in Southlake inside of Tom Thumb on 01/30/2025. Anita assisted me and answered any questions or concerns I had. She was awesome! Took my blood sample and I didn’t feel a thing! Thank you Anita!
Arrived to get my wellness check however yheir system was down instead of them apologizing for the inconvenience and trying to offer other options. They just told me to go find a way to print off the paperwork and come back then proceeded to go back to their work desk. Very rude and inconsiderate.
I had several tubes of Grade A Greg pulled out today. Never fun, but Sherry was very nice and I liked working with her. I read a lot of reviews for this location. I am pretty sure that no business ever hits 100% on every client. Anyone can have a bad day at the office. My experience was great. Walk ins? Sure, but what the heck keeps you from going on line and taking the 5 min to schedule an appointment? Really? Probably the same people who never put their phone down and order their custom Starbucks via the app. Get real.
