Y'all AMY is the bomb! She works at the Southlake location inside Tom thumb super professional! We showed up like 5 minutes before closing. She took us right in and my sister in law is a hard stick got it on the first try didn't hurt her or anything I appreciate her more than you know!
Phone menu is absolutely frustrating. No, I don't want to talk to robot or hear a recorded message. Unacceptable.
I like that appointments are available. This is very helpful during the work day. Even when the waiting room is busy, the most I have ever had to wait is TWO minutes!!
Katie took care of me, she is amazing, not only did she find a vein and was able to access it without any pain I did not even feel the needle go in or out. That was a first for me with Quest nurses. Keep Katie she is was very efficient and very respectful
