I have never had anything but good service. I have very hard veins to find and have been poked numerous times other places. The technicians working for Quest have been great and hit the veins the first time which means No Pain. I recommend Quest at Safeway on Prairie in Pueblo.
Quick and amazing customer service. Very respectful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and proficient at her job.
Employees were rude to everyone, showed no desire to help people, didn’t honor appointments, and spoke back to customers who were polite. And I’m not even talking about my own experience but what I observed for other customers. I left and made an appointment with a competing company. Ridiculous.
it is impossible to get through on the phone to talk to anyone. very inconvenient.
