Phlebotomists was rude. I had to tell her I was done taking to her because of her rudeness. I sat quietly after telling her I was done talking to her. She got mad at tried to kick me out. I still had to wait for my son so I said nothing. She called the store manager to kick me out. After tell them what happened they didn't nothing.
Extremely organized, punctual and very professional atmosphere. Not at all what I was expecting being it was located inside Vons supermarket. I hesitated wondering would it be private or like bank institutions located within supermarkets with big glass windows separating the two. This was not like this at all! You walked in and it was a nice private office, very neat and comfortable.
