Knowledgeable friendly staff...pharmacist top knotch. Been there half a dozen times ordered through/by my Doctor.
Poor customer service
I went in without an appointment and I knew I would have to wait. There was 4 people ahead of me. I wait 30 minutes and they are all done. Then the guy working there wanders around and looks at papers for 10 minutes. He comes out to ask me if I have an appointment. When I say no, he says ok well I will be back in 15 minutes and then there are more appointments. If one of them doesn't show up you can have your turn. He easily could have fit me in before the break. This place has terrible service
I scheduled a glucose appt for 11am. It took the tech about 20 mins to get me in the room and then tells me oh this test takes an hour. I go to lunch. Can you come back after to do the test. Hmmm NO. Why didn't they figure that out when i booked the appt or he figure it out when he started his day on scheduling if it's his last appt before lunch time. How is this my problem. There is only 1 tech at this location.
The older individual working there. Showcased the highest level of unprofessionalism. Displayed very rude behavior that was aggravating . Room was full of people that had appointments before hand and as soon as it hit 11:30 he rushed every one out so he could go on a one and a half hour lunch! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place !
