You paid for the service you receive so you would hope people would be helpful and on time. Had to look for someone to say hello and sign in. Not good
Good and quick service and friendly staff
There's a lady with a scarf over her head that is so extremely rude I came in and hadn't signed in. And she tells me I have to sign in. As I'm signing in she's yelling at me telling me to sign in several times. My doctor forgot to send referral so I had to wait just a few minutes no biggie. Then the same lady asks for my insurance card. I give it to her she asks if I have a certain health insurance. I say yes. She said yeah I'm not seeing it. Then proceeds to tell me it's not valid. Good and quick service and friendly staff
This was the worst experience. Their system crashed after they collected my sample. They lost my sample and my employer could not even verify that I was seen. I walked in to talk to someone about the issue. They completely ignored me. I walked out without any resolution. As much as I can help it, I will never use Quest again.
