So slow , lady with the dreads running the show just taking her sweet time , asked her question she acted if i was speaking a foreign language she needs help
The Tech was indifferent and annoyed, however she handled the actual procedure with extreme care, what was upsetting was her attitude and the fact that she was not willing to be as helpful as she could being as though it was my first time there. I arrived and was very confused with the process. There was a guy outside of the door ahead of me who was also frustrated so in being there for about 15 mins or so with no one present for instructions I finally heard on the teleprompter that check-was needed on the Kiosk 15 mins afte... read more
