This a small dingy office with one lab tech. The first time I went I received adequate service, but at my appointment on 7/21 the technician greeted me with 'I didn't receive orders for you'. I had to go back to my car to get the paper order. When I gave it to her she spent a few minutes on the computer then told me she couldn't find the doctor. If only I can give zero stars. The lab tech I think her name is Krisi is the worst. She doesn’t know anything about customer service. She’s really rude. Will never use this lab ever again. I should have read the comments here before booking an appointment with them. Would not recommend this lab. Stay away and find some other labs.
I’ve had a couple of times where I’ve had appointments and shown up and they are having issues and I can’t be seen. They don’t even call or text to cancel. In they’ve even sent a text confirming the appointment they cancelled.
Had an appt on Monday and they were closed when I came in, told me to go somewhere else. Made a new appt for Thursday and came in, computer not working, told me to go somewhere else. Drove 20mi round trip twice for nothing. Girl was rude who works there. How hard would it be to text your appt is cancelled?
misspelled names make getting results difficult. Customer Service is non existent and there HIPPA procedures are inconsistent and lacksadisical at best. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
