The guy who was running the front was very unhelpful and rude
She just needs to wrk on how she speaks to people. She sounds rude sometimes. Otherwise, very timely and thorough
The technician was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to help. She even got loud when talking to me. My wife who was waiting outside had to enter the cabin and asked the technician that why she was yelling at me. I had simply asked the technician to send the test results to my PCP which she declined. It is a VERY SERIOUS matter. I had to leave without completing my test.
