My appointment was 9:50. am.... nobody there only someone inside the office laughing at the TikTok maybe... try to check in and the machine continues did not find me . Maybe is cheaper then most of the labs but the services..... I will kot accept them for free now ... that's not a joke. If they offer me a free full stack of blood work I'll refuse because I'll lose my time . Better pay more for a good service.

My husband has an appointment here on a Saturday morning. Waited for 45 minutes and finally left to go to the Quest in Bellevue. Come to find out this location no longer does Saturday appointments. No email, call, or anything to notify him of this change.
Checked in 5 mins ahead of our appointment and were in out in next 5 mins. Pleasant phlebotomist. There’s no receptionist so I’d urge them to urge in a better tab for check in; the current one is often slow to respond.
