Checked in 5 mins ahead of our appointment and were in out in next 5 mins. Pleasant phlebotomist. There’s no receptionist so I’d urge them to urge in a better tab for check in; the current one is often slow to respond.
Fast service and a very convenient location. Also, the lab technician, Jennifer, was very nice and professional; she did everything with dexterity.
Had 8am appointment, they showed up at 8.30 (they're supposed to open at 7.3)
Huh. Interesting i'm not the only one experiencing this same issue. My scheduled appointment was also for 7:40am. I was told to be here 10 minutes early. Their posted hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm It's 7:43 and their office is still dark. Based on the other reviews, this seems typical. Incredibly unprofessional for someplace I'm gonna trust sticking needles in my body. Not hanging around. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
