Joanna, the phlebotomist, was both very reassuring and quite! skilled. Even though I had nine (9!) vials of blood taken today, she made the process go quickly and without pain. Sign-in was quick and seamless on the kiosk and I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes total. Minus a star because the waiting room is a bit on the jarring side with boxes strewn around, no receptionist to greet you, and just didn't make for a very comforting first impression. Sign in with appointment was confusing and could be simplified
Had a seamless experience. Mark was the phlebotomist I saw, and he was able to get the needle in quickly and take blood with no issues (which is rare for me!). I also drank a lot of water before to help prepare the veins as I have heard that helps. When I got there, did check in at the iPad which was smooth. Would suggest to arrive early 10-15 minutes early, bring ID, and definitely make an appointment versus walk in. Total appointment time was 10-15 minutes.
Joanna was very nice. My 2 kids came here to get blood drawn and they were telling me how Joanna was very nice and very very gentle with them and making conversations with them to distract them from the needle😁
Joanna was so gentle with the blood drawn!! The nicest person i’ve ever met here getting blood drawn!! very patient as well!!
