SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT!!!!! Kiosk says about a 30 minute wait for walk ins. But between chitchat and training it took over an hour of waiting for what only took a 3 minute for sample collection and documentation.
Staff was rude, unprofessional, slovenly . The office was cluttered, dirty, trash on the floor. This an environment where you are taking samples of bodily fluids which means a standard of cleanliness is expected should be adhered to. Staff did not confirm identity, which is essential practice in healthcare. I work in healthcare, I will not being using this site or recommend to others.
What a nightmare! Went here for a test ordered by my doctor and they told me they couldn't tell me if the wait would be a few minutes or hours. I have been to many quest locations before and never dealt with this. This is not something people should have to deal with when they're already sick. This location really needs to do better.
Don’t waste your time with this guy
I went from the Drs office of my elderly mother, as their in house lab was out of business, the Dr. sent the blood order over to Quest lab and told us that we could go right over anytime and get her blood drawn. The guy working there told us that we had to schedule an appt. online. I explained that my Mom didn't have internet, I was her driver and don't live in Longmont, (her Dr. told us we could just go right over for the blood draw as he sent the order in!), could he please schedule an appointment for us....no he would not... read more
