I stopped by as a walk -in 14 minutes before closing. As I was putting in my information into their registration touch screen, a woman appeared from the back and asked if she could help me, in a somewhat abrupt fashion. When I told her that I needed a blood draw, she stated they were no longer doing blood draws that day because they closed in 10 minutes. This is something that takes 5 minutes, and the waiting room was empty. She said I'd have to make an appointment and come back another day. It appears the hours they are act... read more
I wish I could give 10 stars for my experience at this Quest site. I was so happy with my blood draw. I have one of the most challenging veins to get blood from, but she did it with ease and I felt zero pain. She was so kind and understanding of my fear of needles. She made sure I was comfortable with everything. I will always come to this place for any future blood draws. Thank you again to the person who did my blood draw today!

Rene is extremely rude and unprofessional refused to give me fax number. Gave me multiple wrong email addresses to send fax order to, tone was very condescending and seemed to hate her job.
