I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Crystal at Quest Diagnostics in Lakeway—twice! Both times I visited, it was a busy day for the staff, but thanks to my scheduled appointment, there was zero wait time. The facility is spotless, well-organized, and professionally run. I've been to the Quest at Randall's in Lakeway TX for many years now. I get bloodwork for annual checkups with both my Cardiologist and my Primary Care Dr. It's super easy to get a time using the app, then sign-in by text link when I arrive and everything get's done easily. The staff is great and friendly. Quest has done an awesome job over the last several years updating and improving the quality, ease and efficiency of their services! Great job!
