Rene is extremely rude and unprofessional refused to give me fax number. Gave me multiple wrong email addresses to send fax order to, tone was very condescending and seemed to hate her job.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Crystal at Quest Diagnostics in Lakeway—twice! Both times I visited, it was a busy day for the staff, but thanks to my scheduled appointment, there was zero wait time. The facility is spotless, well-organized, and professionally run. Crystal is truly exceptional. She welcomed me with the warmest smile and immediately made me feel at ease, which meant the world to me since I get nervous around blood.
