I went here early this morning at 8am, signed-in and was waiting with 2 other people ahead at the lobby. After 45 mins, the lady technician came out and said that she was gonna take her break. And when she comes back, she will take appointments only and that we are welcome to wait but it can take up to 3-hours before she can assist us. Dont waste your time here!!! We left and never coming back to this branch.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAB! My apt was at 3:40. I arrived at 3:45. Tried checking in at the kiosk. Didnt work. Sat down and waited for someone to call me. After 15 mins noone showed up. I walked up to the room where they draw blood. Very politely I said my name, apt time and that im sorry I am 5 min late. Even one star is too much for this place.
Had a scheduled appointment at 7:30am and was late for 5 minutes due to unavoidable circumstances at work. When I arrived, the lab tech, Bianca O., was still busy with another patient so I checked in immediately but an error message kept popping up on the screen. When she was done, she came out from the lab room and I asked for assistance. She bluntly told me that basically I do not have an appointment anymore since I was late and repeatedly saying it for a few more times.
