The workers had it 80�F in there. That's not an exaggeration. Thermometer in the collection area read 26.6�C which converts to 79.9�F. customers were very uncomfortable.
The printer was broken. They had to hand write my info. I felt bad because this was the backup staff who are not normally at that location. It has been 7 days since the labs and I don’t have all of them back yet and I am worried they were lost. The urine sample was a flimsy cup and lid with just my name in Sharpie and no way of sealing it to prevent tampering. Leaving the cup in the bathroom where anyone could steal it seems like a bad idea.
Precious was amazing! Fast, great conversation, and painless. Will come back again!
