It's always a great experience and lab is conveniently located in Safeway. Easy making appointment from the Quest app. They are professional, efficient, friendly and painless! Because of scarring, I have very difficult veins to find as well and the technician is spot on.
Very short wait time, outstanding technicians which I appreciate them being able to make an eight year old boy be so calm and relaxed.
In regards to their Safeway location on King St, Precious is PRECIOUS. If she ever leaves, or if they ever close this center, I'm pressing charges. I'm not sure what the charge would be (Phlebotomy Fraud in the First Degree has a nice ring to it) but I'd find a lawyer to take the case, or even put myself through law school just to do so. Outstanding, competent, and dare I say it, charming service. Top shelf all around.
I walked in without printing my order on paper. The computer told me it was hopeless and I should make an appointment to come back another time. That was scary, but then Precious took me as a standby and she was super friendly.
