my mum went there to draw some blood for testing, the black male nurse used a large needle, and this is her arm after one week. huge lump. Avoid this place.
I've gone to have my blood drawn twice; both times I went in without an appointment. Wait time while not having an appointment can be about 2 hours, which to me is not bad considering how full it gets. Important to remember to CHECK IN via the tablet by the front desk cause if you don't THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU. Also, as you check in they give you an option of either staying in the waiting area or walk and shop around the store. PICK THE WAITING OPTION.
