Super easy to schedule, convenient location, super staff! I have used Quest several times and all my visits have been great. Very prompt and quick attention and service...the check-in via text message link was awesome!
I had a good experience at this quest. I made an appointment online. When I arrived, they had a sign on the door saying they are not taking walk ins because their other computer is broken. I’m not sure if that was just for the day I went or always but something to keep in mind. I was able to find a lot of different appointment options online so I would recommend to just make one! I was nervous about coming to a Quest lab because the locations closest to me had terrible reviews, but wanted to say I had a great experience at this location. I was very nervous to get my testing done but both ladies were exceptional and very caring! Also the wait time was not long at all, I was in and out very quickly! Will drive farther to go to this location for future labs!
