I would also give zero starts if that was possible. The lady in charge of giving drug screens sent me away at 11:10am even though everything online and on their numerous signs throughout Safeway says they give drug screens until Noon. Horrible service. Don’t book your drug screen here!
The lady working there is very personable, knowledgable and courteous towards me. Unfortunately I go there more often I like, but she is always nice.
I've had no issues. They are capable and nice. Plus it's next to the pharmacy inside a grocery store, so you can knock out a few things at once if you want.
I too would give a Zero star if possible. Very bad experience. Very rude employee. Left and went to another site.
I would not give any stars if that was an option. We signed in and there were 2 others in the waiting room, it took them over an hour to do two urine drug tests. Then when the one that came in and stayed was being serviced before us, well that was it we left. Oh and there were 3 people that came signed in and left...
