I had the best diagnotics leader, "Cinci" Oh my goodness, she was knowledgeable, professional and very patient and kind. It was like speaking with an old friend. She was prompt and attentative to those in the waiting room. It was like we were guests in her living room. Very personable. You have to ask for her. She is worth the wait.
Phlebotomist was friendly, professional and amazing at her job. I didn’t even notice that she had finished! Great person!
I went today for a blood test. Make my appointment online was easy, and the lady who did my bloodwork was amazing, friendly and very nice. Had a great experience in this place.
Bad experience here with one of the phlebotomists. She didn’t handle my special needs toddler with care. She was rough. When I called her out on it she got a nasty attitude with me and approached me as if she was going to put her hands on me. Very unprofessional. Don’t go here!
Stay away from this one— I had an appointment, checked in at the kiosk, and chose the “text me when ready” option so I wouldn’t have to wait in the very small waiting area with other people that could be ill. I shopped in the store while waiting— no text received . I came back and waited another half hour; now the waiting area was packed. I think there was only one lab tech working; then she left to go to the bathroom. When I got on the app to cancel my appointment, it was as if it never existed… so I left.
