My phlebotomist was unprofessional while my visit. When I arrived, she was having a conversation about her finances with the other phlebotomist who was running my insurance. I had checked in and was waiting and she then came out from the room she was in with the other phlebotomist and asked who is getting labs? I said my daughter and she then asked me to check in and what time was my app. I told her and she said well its past 4 mins.. The technician was quite pleasant with great care and attention to detail - that stood out above the average. I had mistakenly made the reservation at the wrong site, but she solved the problem and got me in quickly.
First time to use this Quest Diagnostic location in Arapaho, we always use the Doctor’s hospital location. I accompanied my husband for blood work, it was a very good experience. The tech named Zina or Senna(not sure how it is spelled) showed compassion and understanding to accommodate my husband. She exhibited professionalism and excellent customer service.Thank you Senna, your compassion is very much appreciated. Your employer is lucky to have you.
