Elizabeth was very nice worker, there was no wait, and the facility was very clean.
I just called because I was having some issues on quest website to book an appointment because I had lab test from two different doctors. The woman on the phone was very hostile and rude and had a tone in her voice the entire time she tried to help me. When I tried to say it didn’t matter which location I went to she snapped at me and said “yes it does matter ma’am.” Maybe 🤔 don’t be a jerk when people are struggling with your instructions.
