Unprofessional and rude specimen collector named Brittany Muller. I was told my specimen didn’t have a temperature and I’d have to stay and pee again which no temperature is impossible and I didn’t have the time for that. I phoned the company that contracted them and reported the incident. Unfortunate the location looked nice but poor employee with poor attitude AND they mess up my specimen. Too many places to go instead with your job on the line 🤷♂️ go somewhere else do yourself a favor I am.

Short story- In the last two weeks, I’ve gone twice to a different Quest lab location to try and get lab work done, but the techs (two different gals) weren’t able to successfully get a vein for blood draw, even after 2 visits, several attempts and a lot of bruising. When they leave you with bruising, you have to wait until the bruises go away before you can try again. I have difficult veins- deep and small - (yes, a butterfly is always necessary) but good techs are always successful - which leads me to this 5 star rating...... read more
