Denise was exactly what I needed! Super friendly & experienced in the medical field, she put me at ease. I get extremely queasy from needles, and after the blood draw she stayed and chatted with me for about 30 minutes till she knew I was safe to leave. You rock Denise!!!
Very nice people in the lab, but TERRIBLE follow up. We had to wait from April 2nd to April 18th just to get them to fax the results to the doctor, and that was only after 5 different phone calls. Would not recommend for any type of service, I think the problem is with corporate, but do not know why the people at the store couldn't help me (they didn't return calls either).
