I’m prone to fainting with blood draws, and my veins are small. My phlebotomist listened to what I mentioned about what may potentially cause me to faint (the tourniquet being too tight) and she immediately incorporated it. She needed a second sample because my veins are difficult, and that’s when she noticed me getting hot flashes and about to faint. The phlebotomist was very skilled, friendly, and professional! I will never go anywhere else.
So much better than LabCorp! I typically go to LabCorp but this time they sent me away because they interpreted the doctor's order as a skin test. It wasn't. Checked in again with my doc, and she sent me to Quest. Easiest check in EVER! Sorry I can't remember the tech who collected my blood draw. She was fabulous. No pain from needle, and no bruising. Quest will be my go to from now on.
