I came here for a life insurance exam. Suan was the person. She tried to take my BP 3 straight times instead of every 5 minutes like they are suppose to. When I told her that, she said no and the appointment is only 10 minutes. You take a pressure, wait 5 minutes, take a pressure, wait another 5 minutes, take a pressure. That’s 10 minutes. As others have mentioned, Suann is the reason I don’t recommend this place. She was rude and unprofessional. I was getting worried about being to work on time, as it was already 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and no one had given me any update as to how much later they were going to be. So I asked Suann roughly how much longer it would be until I was up. She replied with a “I have no idea, I can’t predict that. You’re welcome to wait or welcome to reschedule”. Sonja was amazing!! No pain at all for the draw and I was in and out in 10 minutes!
Suan was not only efficient but friendly as well. She made the usually not so pleasant blood draw experience actually pleasant.
