Out of ALL of my visits to Quest for lab work, this was far the best experience I ever had. The representative was professional, considerate, kind, approachable, an very easy to speak with. TOTALLY opposite of my last visit at the Allen, TX location on Exchange (in Walmart). That Walmart visit was so horrific I had to call to complain and spoke with the area supervisor. I know I came in late but the doctor I met was rude as hell. I only wish I know his name but he is white. He was not busy but told me no appointments after 4. He should or have that setup in the check in machine. After driving from Far and he got to understand that coming late to some of us is not by choice.
I was so surprised to read about so many other experiences, as my experience was the TOTAL OPPOSITE of those posted. There were 3 technicians in the lab area, and EACH acted like they valued me as a CUSTOMER. I was NOT treated like a robot, infact given ABC ... Above and Beyond the Call service.. Their EFFICIENCY, SKILLS, and PROFESSIONAL yet PERSONABLE interaction was EXCELLENT.
