The blood draw was fine. The fact that your procedures required the phlebotomist to insist on collecting a bill from nearly a year ago was inexcusable. I have monthly labs done with Quest... you could have opened a collections dialogue during any one of those procedures. PLUS the bill is in dispute because my insurance admittedly miscalculated my max out of pocket last year. Excellent Quest Lab . Rosylin the Nurse was very professional & caring.
I can't remember the associate's name but she provided exceptional customer service and demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills. What stood out about her is that she likes her job which showed in her demeanor. I wish I could have her every time as there are quite a few technicians that come across as they would prefer to be somewhere else besides drawing blood. Not good.
