Self check-in was simple and the waiting room was clean, pleasant, and peaceful. Amanda called me back to her station and was very professional in explaining policies and procedures. Her customer service was excellent and her warmth and kindness made the experience a positive one.
The medical assistant was very nice, found a vein quickly and inserted the needle with no discomfort and a barely noticeable prick. I have metastatic melanoma diagnosed over 18 mos ago and have regular immunotherapy treatments, blood tests, MRIs with contrast, and PET scans not to mention several hospital stays and have a pre-existing BPH condition and have regular physicals with associated bloodwork and have had other medical procedures and so I have experienced innumerable pokes. The blood draw was fine. The fact that your procedures required the phlebotomist to insist on collecting a bill from nearly a year ago was inexcusable. I have monthly labs done with Quest... you could have opened a collections dialogue during any one of those procedures. PLUS the bill is in dispute because my insurance admittedly miscalculated my max out of pocket last year.
