I am a horrible stick. My veins are not welcoming and the staff does an amazing job.
I came as a walk in and they have no reasonable way to give me a blood test. I waited 40 minutes before I realized they would not be able to help me , even thought they encouraged me to just sit there and wait. They have no reception or humans responsible for helping patients. All people working there were frantically trying to keep up with just giving blood tests to people who had scheduled ahead of time. This ineffective company has scraped every penny they could from operating costs at the expense of clients. Go somewhere... read more
