Much quicker process on both the check in time and ease for appointment.
Dropping a sample for a family member. Waited at the desk for 15 mins before being told to checkin on iPad. Then told it would be 5 hour wait to hand them a sample.
You staff is 100% always on time - and so friendly. The waiting room is quiet and relaxing to wait. Great location. Sometimes parking is tough, but its in a medical center so very busy building. Quest San Clemente, is awesome
Extremely competent tech (didn't feel a thing) with friendly personality. Fit me in inspite of being a busy day.
Very pleasant experience. Check in was extremely simple via link in text message. My appointment started within a couple of minutes of when it was scheduled. And the technician was very personable.
