This location has very, very rude staff, they are are so un professional at there lob they reuin quest repetition by doing dumb stuff to their customers, such as not putting a standing doctors order in the computer, then by treating the patient as tho they made the mistake everyime they come back there by being rude to them, this is so childish and immature, staff even lied to there supervisor while on the phone these are children ,they should not be handling patients blood they need to first learn how to respect a customer.... read more

I had an appointment to have a blood draw for tests and asked that I be faxed a copy of the results, and was told that Quest did not do that. I said I just had blood tests done here the week before and the results were faxed, and asked to see the manager. The manager came in and gave me an app that did not work on my phone. I went to my hospital and had the blood test done there instead. And I will recieve a copy of the blood test ordered from my hospital. My employer send me the drug test form and I was not able to setup appointment so I went this place and a black sweet lady name Avani helped me to book the appointment and after few minutes wait ,when my appointment time come, she took the sample in labs. Thank you so much. No wait time 10/10

Im sure if you have insurance it's fine, but if not, then: There is no one to talk to for help/info If you have a tight schedule, it's hard to find appointments unless you prepurchase something If you don't know what you need in order to prepurchase, see point 1

It took 30 mins for staff to take me back for blood draw. Several people were taken back prior to me. 2 people in particular were early for their at and were take. Back prior to me even though I was there first. I was unjustly treated and will not use this facility again
