Check in process needs improvement. I provided all my insurance information at the time of appointment, I was not able to check in from application as well as from the link I received in the text message. I walked in and started check-in process at kiosk which asked all the information again. This is so frustrating experience for checking in. On the other hand Ahsan - lab technician was very helpful and welcoming. He completed my blood work very quickly and effectively.
This is the worse place I ever visit, well the Quest Diagnostic Company in all locations looks like they don’t like to work. I waste my day going there for nothing.
Made an appointment for a drug test, showed up and finished within 10 minutes. Didn't have to wait, very helpful staff, and straightforward process.
I went to this lab as a walk-in since I couldn’t make an appointment in advance. I completely understood that there would be a wait, and I was willing to wait as long as needed. When I checked in, however, the staff member who assisted me seemed upset that I didn’t have an appointment. Even after I explained that I was fine waiting, he continued to complain while helping me. Terrible service, they stabbed me to draw blood and the man pierced the nerve in my arm and gave me terrible electric shocks. My arm is swollen and it burns all over. I was injured. Be careful before using this service.
