Terrible place I had an appointment, I went to my appointment on time and it turned out the Building was closed and they were moving and I Was never told. Very disappointed didn't even bother telling me.
Consistently poor experience here. Quest gets a star for having an employee there but that’s it. Appointment times aren’t met and 1 employee can’t handle it all. Will use a different provider from here on out
Horrible! Rude staff, just sitting behind the desk around the corner with a full waiting room. They wouldn’t even come to the desk, but rather hollered from the back. I am an ER nurse, and this place is a disgrace to healthcare. They need to do better, and definitely work on their customer service skills.
