This place is absolutely unprofessional. Unreliable, treats their customers terrible, poor communication. They say they’ll be there at one time then they don’t show up and have their customers waiting. This is very awful that words can’t describe this, if there’s someone I can report the staff to here can someone please let me know.
Love the Hillsborough NJ Quest location. The woman that is usually there is always outgoing, friendly, and kind. She's always on time and if delayed, she provides reasons why there is a delay. Would definitely recommend this location!
I'm not sure why the bad reviews. I had a great experience. Made appt online and then arrived to check in. You sign in on the computer and then they will call you. I was in and out in under 12 mins (bloodwork and urine). I wasn't sure it was just the technician Ingrid that was at this location. She was nice and friendly. Please book appt in advance.
Zero stars if I could. I had an appointment for 7:30am. Got there and there was an older lady standing there waiting. Lights were on. TV was on. I went up to the door and it was locked. Door says open at 7am. I asked the older lady what time her appointment was and she said 7:20am and she has been there since 7am. It was cold. I waited until 7:45am and left. Very rude staff, who doesn't give any consideration to kids waiting . We had a horrible experience - while it was a walk-in, the lady over there was very rude in the response
