They take forever to call your name, waiting room full of patient and they don’t care, it took me 1 hour.
I've been going to this Quest Diagnostics location for years because it's close and convenient. But after what happened during my last visit, I will never go back. The phlebotomist, a lady working Friday afternoon shift (I didn't get her name, should have)—was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending. I specifically asked her to double-check the lab orders in the system to make sure they matched what was on my paperwork. She completely ignored me and brushed me off.
