Why do Quest hire people that cannot speak a word of English.. Quest just instituted appointment only testing, if if you need labs quickly due to Surgery or procedure, good luck.. Long wait.. at Service Center.. It does not take a long time to stick a patient for blood.. I would have given Hialeah a Zero Star but it’s not allowed..
I don't understand all the negative reviews. I got an ONLINE appointment, took 2 minutes to pre-register, got there at 9:45 on a Thursday, found free street parking, walked 5 minutes and got to the lab. By the way it's now on the second floor, suite #209. Walked in, punched my appointment code into the electronic kiosk, waited 3 minutes and was called in. The lady who took my blood samples was super nice and even took extra time to fix my misspelled name in the system. (Not their fault, but my primary). Overall a great exper... read more
Was there at 10:30 in the morning and didn’t get out till 2 PM, they said that their system is constantly crashing honestly it was a really bad experience on waiting because I had my young baby daughter without eating the whole entire time, todo a blood examination on her , they have an estimation system which honestly is a lie, they kept telling us that we were going to be seen in 40 minutes , then it changes to 60 minutes then back to 40 minutes then 50 and it’s ended up being almost 4 and a half hours, pretty much had to ... read more
