Today’s visit was incredibly disappointing and concerning. The phlebotomist who assisted my mother was very unprofessional, rude, and physically rough during the procedure. Despite being able to speak Spanish, she refused to do so, spoke to us in a raised voice, and avoided eye contact. Most concerning was her lack of care with the bandage; it was applied so poorly that my mother’s arm began leaking blood shortly after. Due to this lack of basic professionalism, I cannot recommend this location.
