It was very timely, and the person who took my blood was helpful and clear when I asked about what the test was. I'm appreciative because I was thinking it was something else completely. She was professional and good at her job.
Got here and the first 3 appointments were waiting outside. Apparently the person who opens is always late! Going on 20 min This place gets a big THUMBS DOWN for me! First time I came, I was a walk in. I put my name on the list and they said they would contact me between 30 and 60 minutes. They never contacted me, and I never got in. Came back, made an appointment and now there’s no one here 20 minutes after the the posted opening time and the first three appointments are waiting outside.
Had an appointment this morning. Arrived early to find 2 other people waiting for the place to open, (supposed to open at 7am). After 7:45, I left because no one showed up to open the office. This is terrible for business and terrible for people who work!! Don't make appointments here!
