Quest diagnostic is absolute nightmare to work with. It says on my insurance card where they have to send the bill for PPO .. every year for last 8 years I’ve called, my insurance company has sent Correspondence saying it must be sent to Wichita address . Each year I call numerous times give them address but they say the insurance company has to tell them. I call insurance company who says they can’t call Quest.
