Both staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first time using Quest for DOT related testing. Previously I had always used Concentra. Ended up always leaving frustrated, but just assumed it was the industry standard. I don’t think I have even had a trip to Concentra take under an hour for a 5-10 minute test.
