Visited the Londonderry Road location in PA. My routine physical blood draw was simple and painless. My phlebotomist was excellent. My results were available to me the next day, amazing, and as always I could compare them to previous years results. I will always use Quest.
Lakenia M. was absolutely a sweetheart! She made everything feel so much less overwhelming. She was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and always made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Her positive attitude and genuine care made a huge difference.
My latest visit to Quest was exceptional. I checked in using the online link and was seated with the phlebotomist in less than 5 minutes upon entry. The phlebotomist had the best demeanor, was very friendly and extremely skilled. I have had the best experience at this location every time I have visited. Unrelated to Quest: I wish the building owner would give the building a fresh coat of paint and spruce up the landscaping. A little effort would go a long way.
I’m sure some of the bad ratings are people’s experience but I went at 8am this week without an appointment. Literally sat down, had my drivers license scanned and registered and was there for blood work. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. I had Nelly and she was polite, positive and helpful. Can only recommend it.
