This place is a joke. My doctor recommended it, but when you call it's just prompts that send you to an automated message telling you to use the website. It's pathetic
They lost my test or never sent it to the lab. Then never heard from them again.
Took my son to his scheduled appointment to have his blood drawn. He said the needle hurt as soon as it went it. On our way home he complained of extreme arm pain. 1.5 hours later it has lessened but still hurts. Waiting a on a call back from pediatrician. My son is not new to blood draws and has good veins. 10/10 would not recommend and will not be returning.
This should be prefaced with the fact that the employees at this specific location have been great and they deserve a properly staffed workplace, higher pay, and just generally a better employer. While I have had no problems here, I have had issues with online results and my account, recurring even after supposedly getting them resolved previously. Very disappointing experience with Quest Diagnostics - Londonderry Harrisburg. We had a scheduled appointment, but the assistance was extremely slow and significantly behind schedule. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before being assisted—and this has not happened just once or twice.
